Guide to cultivating a great landlord-tenant relationship

Updated: May 10, 2022

Congratulations, you are officially a real estate investor!! This is a huge step to building wealth in the long term and I’m here to guide you.

For your rental property to prosper, it’s important to have a good relationship with tenants — and vice versa. A great landlord-tenant relationship not only helps your bottom line, but it can also make the work you do more enjoyable and rewarding. A great relationship means that you will retain quality tenants and minimize vacancy rates. Remember your tenants will be taking care of your investment so treat them as kind as possible.

3 steps to build a healthy landlord-tenant relationship:

  1. Keep Communication Lines Open

  2. Stay True to Your Word

  3. Make small gestures - you can send the gifts for moving day, birthdays etc.
