Should you partner with a realtor for potential tenants?

Updated: May 10

One concern you might ask yourself is “How will I find and choose good tenants for my rental property?”

In the past I have tried many ways to attract new tenants including hiring a realtor.

Here’s what you need to know based on my experience:

  1. You will lose one month’s rent to pay for the realtor’s service

  2. Use a local realtor. They will have a large database of potential tenants.

  3. They will take care of the scheduling viewings, preparing lease agreements and screening

  4. Hiring a realtor is great when renting a high priced property
