How to manage your expenses as a landlord!

Congratulations, you are officially a real estate investor!! This is a huge step to building wealth in the long term and I’m here to guide you.


Now that you own a rental property, you’ll have to start managing your expenses.


  1. Separate your rental and personal income and expenses. Open a new checking account that will be used strictly for your rental income and expenses.

  2. Preauthorize all your payments including mortgage payments, property taxes, utilities.

  3. Get a separate credit card for you rental property
